Digital Services
OptimizeKRO provides digital services, including but not limited to:
- Local SEO Services
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google Ads Management
- Meta Ads Management
- Website Design & Development
- Website Maintenance
- Digital Marketing Consulting
Because these services involve time, expertise, research, strategy, and labor, they are generally non-returnable.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund may be issued, excluding any payment processing fees or administrative costs.
Project Delays Caused by OptimizeKRO
If we are unable to begin work within an agreed timeframe due solely to our own limitations, a partial or full refund may be considered.
Duplicate Payments
Any accidental duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed SEO work
- Completed advertising campaigns
- Google Ads management services
- Meta Ads management services
- Local SEO services
- Website development work already completed
- Strategy sessions or consultations
- Keyword research
- Content creation
- Link building services
- Monthly SEO retainers already delivered
- Website hosting, domain registration, or third-party software fees
- Services delayed due to lack of client communication or required access
Monthly Marketing Services
For recurring SEO, PPC, or marketing retainers:
- Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Payments already processed for the current service period are non-refundable.
- Services completed during the active billing period remain payable.
Website Development Projects
For website development projects:
- Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
- If a project is canceled after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
- Any completed design, development, or consulting work remains billable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing:
- Accurate project information
- Required account access
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Necessary content, images, and materials
Project delays resulting from missing client requirements do not qualify for refunds.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, clients agree to contact OptimizeKRO to attempt resolution of any dispute.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services and may be subject to collection efforts where legally permitted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution but typically take between 5–10 business days.
